Processing Time Each SunKissed Sirens piece is lovingly handcrafted by a single artisan. As a result, all orders require 2–3 weeks of processing time before they are ready to ship. We appreciate your patience — great things take time.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship via Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery times are:

• Standard: 2–8 business days
• Express: 1–4 business days

International Shipping We ship internationally via Australia Post. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 6–20 business days once dispatched. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Delays During peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping times may be extended. We will always communicate any significant delays.
