Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer Guarantees Under the ACL, our products must be:

• Of acceptable quality (safe, durable, free from defects, acceptable in appearance and finish)
• Fit for any purpose we represent them to be
• Match any description or sample provided

Handmade Products Please note that all SunKissed Sirens products are handmade by a single artisan. Minor natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and do not constitute a defect.

Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
